FHO+ RADAR beta
Make sure you're actually getting paid for your work. RADAR reads the RA so you can focus on patient care.
Every month MOH sends a 30-page remittance advice and leaves you to make sense of it. RADAR reads it for you, tailored to your roster and your Q-code mix: where every dollar came from, whether your bonuses and premiums actually landed, your hours, and how it all trends before and after FHO+. It saves you hours, and helps make sure your income reflects your work.
Free for the first 50 founding physicians · Built for the FHO+ model, not a generic biller · Your data stays in Canada
RADAR is short for Remittance Advice Dashboard for Analysis & Revenue. Your monthly RA runs dozens of pages, and between capitation adjustments, out-of-basket codes, shadow billings, quarterly true-ups and FHO+ Q-codes, it's rarely obvious where your money is actually coming from. RADAR does the reading for you. It parses every line, shows exactly what you were paid, and tracks how it trends month over month.
Upload the file you already get from the Ministry. RADAR reads it, lines up what landed against what your RA says it should be, lets you log and track your Q-code hours, and shows how it all trends over time.
Drop in the raw RA and RADAR separates and totals every stream, so you can finally answer "where did this month come from?" in five seconds instead of an afternoon with a calculator.
Preventive care bonuses and special premiums are easy to earn and easy to miss on a busy RA. RADAR lines up what you should have been paid against what actually landed, and flags anything that didn't show.
Tap in your direct, phone and indirect time as you go. RADAR shows what those hours are worth, keeps a running monthly average, and writes a paste-ready note so your charting backs up every hourly code.
Watch your income trend. See how earnings shifted before and after FHO+, month over month.
Hours by type, by day of week. Your real rhythm, straight from the hourly-billing log.
Your month at a glance. A heat-map of the hours you log each day, drawn from your hours logger (not the RA).
Know your roster. The age and sex mix that drives your monthly capitation.
Stay on the right side of the caps. Direct vs. indirect against the FHO+ minimum, before any clawback.
Track Continuity of Care. How much of your patients' care stays with you, against your target.
These are in the works. Beta members get them first, and a real say in how they work.
See how often your rostered patients are seen elsewhere, and what it's doing to your access bonus.
Keep tabs on your K030 sessions and other time-based K-codes: counts, limits, and what they add up to.
Follow-up billings on your cessation-program patients run on a schedule. RADAR keeps the cadence for you.
Compare this year to last across every income stream, so a slow drift never goes unnoticed.
Roll up multiple physicians or segments for FHO groups and mixed locum/FFS practices.
Tell us what eats your time each month. Send a suggestion through the form, and the most-requested features ship next.

Drop in the monthly remittance advice file you already get from the Ministry. Nothing to install, no logins to MOH.
It parses every line and sorts your payments into clear, reconciled categories, including the true-ups a flat view misses.
Get the full breakdown, log your hourly codes, drop EMR stamps, and watch the trend build month over month.
I'm a family doctor in an FHO+ group. For years I'd open my RA, scroll past pages of codes, and just trust that it was right. One month I sat down and added it up myself, and the numbers didn't match what I expected. I couldn't tell if it was a true-up or an outside-use clawback.
RADAR is the tool I wish I'd had that night. No corporate parent, no ads, and your data stays in Canada. It just gives you a clearer view of your own numbers, from a doctor who bills the same way you do. The less time you spend on your RA, the more you have for your patients. Try it on your next RA. If it doesn't tell you something you didn't know, tell me and I'll fix that.
